The packages listed on the website can be availed only at our centers listed in the website

Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities center reserve the right to treat the patient enrolled through the package

In case the patient requires any additional tests other than the one included in the package for the diagnosis and treatment of the condition, the patient may be advised of the same. The patient can avail of the additional tests at a discount of 20%. (Discounts are not applicable for special tests and pharmacy)

The history, symptoms narrated by the patient shall be taken as true and the treatment will be based on the same

Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Center does not cater to Medical Emergencies

Patients on blood thinner, anticoagulants, dialysis, and other medication/treatment should inform the doctor and dietitian before start of the treatment/tests

Appointment for home collection and doctor visit will be subject to availability/terms and conditions

Two offers cannot be clubbed

The package is not transferable

It is the right of the patient to adhere to the treatment suggested by the doctor.

In case the venue sought by the patient is out of bounds for a clinic to cater, home collection may be refused. The money collected for home collection will be refunded within 7 working days through bank transfer.

Right to refund the amount collected is held by the administrative authority of Dr. Mohans Diabetes Specialities

Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialities Center is not liable if your inquiries/ payments do not get delivered to us which may be due to technical problems such as network connectivity, spam regulations, or any other issues faced at the time of inquiry submission.

Dr. Mohan’s Diabetes Specialties Center is not responsible if there is a delay in responding to your queries. We try our best to respond to your queries on time however if you find a delay in response we request you to email to appointments-web@drmohans.com for further information.
